The Board of Directors and Management of T Bank Ltd. are pleased to inform all valued shareholders that the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank held on March 27, 2026 approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of 𝟭.𝟴𝟯% for the financial year ended December 31, 2025.
The dividend declaration has subsequently received approval from the Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan (RMA) on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Shareholders as of May 26, 2026 shall be eligible to receive the declared dividend.
All shareholders are kindly requested to ensure that their valid and updated bank account details are registered with the Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan Ltd. (RSEBL) at the earliest convenience, as the dividend payment shall be credited directly to the registered bank accounts.
