T Bank customers are requested to update your kY details if your proof of identity, such as the Citizenship Identity Card (CID), work permit or passport has expired or if there are any changes to your personal information.
Updating your KYC helps ensure account security, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted banking services. Failure to do so may result in service restrictions.
How to Update:
- Visit your nearest T Bank branch with your valid Documents, OR
- Update online using Bhutan NDI App (www.tbank.bt → Online Support → Update KYC with Bhutan NDI), OR
- Download the form from the website and email the filled in form to: contactcenter@tbank.btfrom your registered email ID.
