T Wallet privacy policy

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of T Wallet, a mobile wallet service offered by T Bank. By registering for and using T Wallet, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. They outline your rights and obligations as the Customer (you) and those of T Bank (the Bank) in relation to the use of this service.

• T Wallet functions independently of a traditional bank account and is primarily linked to your registered mobile number. Possession of a bank account with T Bank is not a prerequisite for the use of T Wallet. All wallet-related transactions and authentication processes are conducted through your verified mobile number.
• You agree to adhere to the authentication protocols and security procedures prescribed by the Bank for accessing and using T Wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, transaction PIN, and any other access codes. Under no circumstances should these credentials be disclosed to any third party.
• You undertake to use T Wallet only with mobile numbers that are either registered in your name or for which you have been duly authorized. You shall not permit any unauthorized person to access or operate the wallet associated with your mobile number.
• All actions initiated using your registered mobile number and associated PINs shall be deemed to have been authorized by you. You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions resulting from negligence, loss of credentials, or disclosure of access details to others.
• You agree not to utilize T Wallet for any unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent activity, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, or with applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of the service may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted through T Wallet. The Bank disclaims any liability for losses or damages arising from errors, omissions, or incorrect information provided by you during the use of the service.
• T Bank reserves the right to charge fees for using T Wallet. Currently, fees apply only when transferring money from T Wallet to a T Bank account and when loading the wallet using debit or credit cards. Any fees will be communicated to users in advance through the Bank’s usual channels. All other T Wallet services are free unless the Bank informs users otherwise.
• You agree to protect T Bank and its staff from any losses, costs, or legal problems that happen because of how you use or misuse T Wallet, including if you break these Terms and Conditions.
• T Bank reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and at any time. Any such changes shall become effective upon notification via appropriate communication channels. Your continued use of the T Wallet service following such notification shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
